Ian Sumpter  3rd Dan

Qualified & experienced Personal Trainer,  Martial Artist and Self Defence Instructor.

British kick boxing referee and judge having judged at international level.

 BKBU instructor with full indemnity insurance a first aid certificate, DBS checked and recorgnised Dan grade.

Since 1986 Ian has been involved with diffrent martial arts. Starting with Kung Fu in 1986 and moving to Karate in 1988. After 10 years training in Karate Ian moved to kick boxing and has been training in Kickboxing since 1998. Ian has competed up to British title level and in June 2008 Ian was awarded his 3rd Dan by professor Brian Dossett head of MAAS. Ian has set up and run kickboxing clubs in Crawley, Bedford and since 2006 Milton Keynes.

"It's a pleasure for me to play a small part in coaching the next generation of kickboxers. We have a great group who enjoy kickboxing and are dedicated students. Over recent years we have seen a number of students gaining blackbelts at the club. This includes a father and both his sons"
